Raman Mahajan

Raman is the Founder & Principal consultant of Renalytiks. He carries decades of experience working with companies like GE, Infosys, EY & Accenture before he started Renalytiks to address the need of CFO services for his clients that were mainly based in Nordics. Renalytiks today serve clients all across the world.

He & his team advices & challenges their clients to relook at their cost parameters, provide critical impetus of their peer/industry performance & practice, to help them be the leader in their industry.

Under his leadership & with the support of his stellar team & senior partners, Renalytiks today is a diverse company working with the CFOs, Investor Relation heads, M&A leads, Legal & Compliance teams, SCM managers, Research heads & IT to address & transform their operations.

Mikael Juhl

Mikael is a  Senior Consultant & Key Alliance Partner based out of Copenhagen. He has a bachelor and master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School. He has  an extensive corporate financial management experience with large publicly traded companies focusing on Process Optimization & IT Infrastructure.

Prarthna R. Mahajan

Prarthna is Principal Consultant with Renalytiks.
Her forte and experience is primarily in the Fintech & SaaS domain.
She has a vast array of experience in leading digital change management & regulatory projects for Global BFS companies like HSBC , RBS & GE capital, where she has led global change & transformation programs for multiple geographies including Europe , Middle East & APAC regions.
She holds an MBA ( Finance)from Symbiosis school of Management & a PG Diploma in Financial Risk & Investment Management from IIM Kolkata.
She has also played a Consultant role to major IT companies in Solution Design and Transformation programs for major Financial Service clients.
She heads the Program Management services at Renalytiks.

Saurabh Bindal

Saurabh is a Chartered Accountant & has wealth of knowledge dealing with International Accounting Processes & Taxation. He has been an advisor for some of the M&A in the IT, BPO services & Fintech sector. He has also been mentoring start-ups & have played a critical part in their success journey. He heads the M&A services for the Renalytiks’ clients & also, will guide our “Firm’s” journey in  acquiring new companies.

Suraj Seth

Suraj is the Transformation Lead at Renalytiks. He advises clients on process improvisation and digital transformation areas.
He has been instrumental in creating & implementing sustainable digital solutions for various clients.
His key skills & expertise has been in creating a blueprint for our clients enabling a harmonious operating model & accountability through integrated KPIs.
His rich experience in the digital domain comes from his long experience working in the US market for major IT organisations like Booz Allen Hamilton, Sapient & Verisign.

Dharam Kumar

Dharam is a Chartered Accountant and is a senior Business Analyst with key skills and extensive technical expertise on systems like SAP, Oracle & various BI tools & ERPs.
His deep understanding in the management reporting domain & KPI production has delivered quantifiable productivity benefits to a wide variety of Renalytiks’ client organisations.
He conducts trainings & workshops for the implementation of BI tools like Power BI & Tableau. He has been instrumental in implementing advanced excel functionalities to clients , extensively using MS Excel, bringing in tangible benefits and efficiencies in their reporting domain.

Nelcol Philip

Nelcol is based out in New York as a Business Analyst. She brings a rich experience working with diverse companies in the U.S.

She has worked as a Business Controller with  leading Property Management companies in New York- Cresa & Slate Property Group & has also been a Business Analyst with GE.

She has a strong entrepreneurial streak & has successfully started several businesses, she will also be involved in the Business Development for our SMB segment in the US.

Nidhi Khosla

Nidhi is an HR & Communication specialist with Renalytiks. She helps Renalytiks foster strong bonds with Renalytiks’ clients & also helps them in developing their Internal communication strategies.

She engages with our clients in managing their communication programmes.

Nidhi also heads our PPT services for our CXO clients where they have to come up with  a crisp presentations within the challenging timelines.
